No error, just nothing.
They said my 2016 TV is imcompatible with Disney + until the developers sort it out. Looking at a TCL 6 series TV. Did not need to reboot TV.
Are you able to use any other apps on the TV?

@MikeSchofield: Sorry to hear that you're having further issues with the Disney+ app on your TV.Can you try unplugging the TV at the wall for around 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power it back on to clear the cached memory of the device. I doubt they have much incentive to do that when they can just force people to buy a new TV. If you buy something through one of these links, we may earn an affiliate commission.
We have a model un55ku6290f was tv and have tried all reset options and still receive a message "We are having a problem.

Samsung are actually doing something to get this 1016 error code fixed! I just finished chatting with Disney plus support. Disney+ is a 3rd party app on the television I recommend uninstalling the app and then reinstall it to your device.
Now PRESS and HOLD the selection button on your remote until another menu pops up. From new releases, to your favorite classics, and exclusive Originals, there's always something new to discover.

The Disney plus rep said they were just told today that the model year 2016 is obsolete.
There are so many comments here and elsewhere, the problem is obviously Samsung!!

Turn on tv and then with the smart remote only, hold down the power button to turn tv off, until the Samsung start up screen appears and tv comes back on.
As of today, ANY TV THAT IS A MODEL YEAR 2016 OR OLDER IS NO LONGER COMPATIBLE WITH DISNEY PLUS. Working here now.
